We walk many of the islands and remote spots on the peninsula that are hard to access as individuals – the walking weekend makes it cost effective and hassle free. The walks are spectacular with breath taking scenery, amazing flora and fauna, but also very rich in history and culture, you are walking in footsteps of some of the first explorers to arrive in New Zealand.

The PIC Coastal Classic Yacht Race from Auckalnd's Devonport Wharf to Russell Wharf in the Bay of Islands, is New Zealand's premier fleet yacht race and has been held annually at Labour weekend since its inception in 1982.

Starting in Okaihau the 21.1km course makes its way through rolling countryside to finish in the centre of town at the Kerikeri Domain. The race is largely downhill, so good for a PB, and perfect if you're new to running!

I can't say enough "thank you's" to you for your guidance, help and patience in the planning of Lauren & Toms wedding earlier this month. The wedding day was perfect in every respect from the start to the finish and many people commented what fabulous, well presented food they had at the reception. Even the weather came up trumps on the day as it was one of those beautiful hot sunny, windless days that we have in Northland, and everyone enjoyed the magnificent and stunning sun set from the deck of the Duke. Lauren lives in London so I had to do most of the planning on her behalf, however it was everything she wanted and with your assistance which was above and beyond what was expected, it made the organising so much easier. The Duke of Marlborough thoroughly deserves the reputation they have. Well done !
