Waterfront Room

Our premium waterfront rooms open onto a balcony with stunning views overlooking the magnificent Bay of Islands. These rooms feature a luxurious super-king bed or two king singles.

Waterview Room

This room offer stunning views to Paihia and Waitangi. Opening onto a private balcony this room features a luxurious super-king bed, en-suite bathroom with with shower and a sofa.

Waterfront Apartment

Our one bed self-contained waterfront apartment, next to the Duke of Marlborough Hotel, features a queen bed, a kitchenette, an ensuite spa bath and a private entrance.

Superior King Room

These stunning rooms open up to a balcony, they have a luxurious super king bed, Flat Screen TV's, ensuite bathroom with a shower. Balconies are a mix of internal with and street facing.

Superior Queen Room

Ideal for leisure stays, this spacious room features a queen and single bed, an en-suite bathroom, and access to a shared deck - perfect for unwinding after a day in the Bay.

Classic Courtyard Room

Bright and welcoming, these rooms open onto a shared internal courtyard with space to relax. Each features a queen bed, en-suite with shower, and flat-screen TV for a comfortable stay.

Refreshing and bright offering our guests the perfect place to relax while experiencing everything Russell and the Bay of Islands has to offer. Luxurious queen or king bed.

Small Room

Perfect for one night or if you are traveling light. Our small but cosy rooms offer all the convenience of our standard rooms but with just a little less space.
