Waterfront Room

Our premium waterfront rooms open onto a balcony with stunning views overlooking the magnificent Bay of Islands. These rooms feature a luxurious super-king bed or two king singles.

Waterview Room

This room offer stunning views to Paihia and Waitangi. Opening onto a private balcony this room features a luxurious super-king bed, en-suite bathroom with with shower and a sofa.

Waterfront Apartment

Our one bed self-contained waterfront apartment, next to the Duke of Marlborough Hotel, features a queen bed, a kitchenette, an ensuite spa bath and a private entrance.

Superior King Room

These stunning rooms open up to a balcony, they have a luxurious super king bed, Flat Screen TV's, ensuite bathroom with a shower. Balconies are a mix of internal with and street facing.

Superior Queen Room

Ideal for leisure stays, this spacious room features a queen and single bed, an en-suite bathroom, and access to a shared deck - perfect for unwinding after a day in the Bay.

Classic Courtyard Room

Bright and welcoming, these rooms open onto a shared internal courtyard with space to relax. Each features a queen bed, en-suite with shower, and flat-screen TV for a comfortable stay.
